VETS provides a variety of Administrative and Clerical Support Services to the Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), including:

We provide Program Management activities and administrative support, data analysis and statistical reporting, prepare presentations, prepare and maintain budget information and maintain records, logs & spreadsheets.  Our staff provides management support for USCIS HQ and site management of production volumes and efficiency status reports; daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; system performance reports; and workload capacity forecasts and staffing needs.  We also provide a project management team that coordinates activities at two Service Centers and the activities of subcontractor team members. The VETS team conducts monthly briefings at the HQ level. Our PMO continually conducts impact analysis on changes at the Service Centers caused by new technology, process changes, workload shifting, lockbox implementation, and system upgrades. In addition, we conduct training to ensure that our employees understand requirements and performance expectations. Our entire staff is cross-trained in the four functional areas of the center (Mail, Data Entry, Fee, and File Room) to effectively perform daily operations.
